Do you believe the accused can get a Fair Trial in America? Here are some documents (leaks?) written as rights to a Fair Trial process, etc. were vigorously trampled despite state and federal law. All of the outrageous violations have so far been passed over by the California Superior Court (O.C.), California Appeals Courts (4th Dist. Div.3), and California Supreme Court (Petition For Writ of Mandate S********). If we are concerned with justice, none of this can be allowed, and so much of it can easily be stopped. Problem is, the oppressive activity is of extreme value, the great temptation to let it press on, and with technology only increasing, its making things even worse.

The decade of violations above are particularly oppressive because the violations themselves protect and coddle the oppressive activity. Our Constitutions describe our nation’s authority to be given ‘under’ God’s authority.
